With the ever evolving Covid 19 climate we are facing in America, there are certain precautions we must take at our events. Please bear with us and comply with these policies to ensure we are able to have a fun, responsible, and safe WeebCon 2022.

• Masks are required in the WeebCon Event Space. This includes:

  • Weeb Haven- Exhibitor Hall​

  • Main Events- Starlight 1 & 2

  • Gaming HQ- Starlight 3

  • Fan Led Panels 

  • Event Hallways and Foyers 

  • ​Cosplay Meet Up Space

• Temperature Checks will be given upon entrance to the event and at Registration​. They will also be given before approaching any guest tables. In order for us to have these wonderful guests at our event, we need to work together to make sure they feel comfortable and safe. 

  • Please note* If you feel sick or show any symptoms of Covid 19 report to our ​admin desk for a temperature check. We will be more than happy to roll over your tickets for WeebCon 2023 or another alternative, in the case that you do need to leave the event due to illness. 

• WeebCon 2022 Staff and Volunteers will provide proof of negative test before the event.

• N95 masks will be worn by Staff and Volunteers as well as provided to each vendor and guest in the exhibitor hall. 

• Sanitation Stations will be available in high traffic areas of the convention. 

• Please use better judgement for the sake of the convention. If you are feeling unwell- stay home and get tested. 

Please Note that we are doing everything in accordance to CDC guidelines listed below. These rules are subject to change depending on the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention leading up to the event.
